I have been living here since 2021. I have many thoughts some the same as previous comments some that are not but the only reason my family and I have not left from here is simply, Adriana. Since she took over its been a very friendly and professional tone from her office. Whenever we needed to talk she's been there and trys to go above an beyond. I lost count how many times we've gone through companies owning the property in 4 years but she has been a trooper. The maintenance team is ok, there was one guy that was here that was so good! I wish they still had a playground on site for the kids around here. Only gripe I got is the parking, the amount of people who park wherever, whenever and the towing co just does a circle and leave is astonishing. But thats the tow co issue, I think. Cool place overall and great first move to SoCal.

Iâve lived at this location now for over three years. I moved out and effectively most likely coming back but what I really wanna say is Adriana the manager and Alfredo this maintenance man are two of the best people Iâve met. Theyâll help you if you need any assistance come in theyâve got lots of places open and this is where I would come if I were you.

Adriana is an outstanding property manager who takes care of us better than the last one. Whenever my husband and I faced issues, she was quick to help and ensured everything got sorted out smoothly. Her communication skills are excellent, making the whole experience of renting under her management absolutely fantastic. That's why I didn't move out; I decided to stay because she actually took care of things and makes me feel happy to be here. Highly recommended for her hands-on approach and responsiveness! Sheâs also always sweet and greets us when I see her around the property.

April 2023 I stopped in to check on a apartment availability. Adriana was in the office and she greeted me. She was very kind and professional. She was ready to do all the paperwork application and everything. Very professional service. Hard to find now days. I don't know about all the other staff and other things going on but Adriana deserves five stars.
